One-on-One Sessions

I offer virtual one-on-one sessions for clients residing in Oregon and Washington. All appointments are 60 minutes.

I focus on personalized nutrition care for adults in all stages of life. Whether you're looking to feel your best, manage a nutrition-related health condition, or simply build sustainable habits, I take a supportive, practical, and evidence-based approach tailored to your needs. Using a “food first” framework, I help you make realistic changes that support your health while aligning with your lifestyle and preferences.

Nutrition Foundations for Everyday Wellness

I help you understand and apply the basics of nutrition to support long-term health and well-being. Together, we focus on goals such as helping you feel your healthiest, maintaining function and energy as you age, and reducing your risk for chronic conditions. If you need more specialized care, I am happy to refer you to other providers.

Nutrition for Physical Activity & Sports

Whether you're getting back into movement, building a consistent routine, or training for something specific, I can help you fuel your body to feel energized and supported. We’ll cover the fundamentals of what to eat before, during, and after activity — with a focus on sustaining energy, enhancing recovery, and improving overall performance.

Nutrition for Common Health Conditions

Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is an evidence based treatment modality used by registered dietitians that uses individualized and research-driven approaches to treat health conditions. I offer nutrition guidance for those navigating the early stages of some of the most common health concerns, including:

  • Prediabetes and type 2 diabetes (for people not on insulin)

  • High cholesterol (hyperlipidemia)

  • High blood pressure (hypertension)

If you’re managing a health condition that isn’t listed, please reach out before scheduling. I’ll let you know if it’s within my scope of practice or help connect you with someone who’s a better fit.

I am able to accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

I currently offer self-pay services only and do not bill insurance. A credit or debit card will be will be kept on file on my secure payment system and I will charge an accepted payment method of your choice at the end of each session.

Insurance coverage for nutrition services varies widely based on your specific plan, the reason for your visit, and whether the service is considered medically necessary. Unfortunately, under our current health insurance framework, coverage for preventive and wellness-focused nutrition care is often not adequate or available. Additionally, self-pay gives us greater flexibility to focus on what matters most to you—without being limited by insurance restrictions that can interfere with client-centered, holistic, and inclusive care.

If you have “out of network” nutrition benefits with your health insurance, I can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Nutrition care is an investment in your health. Working with a dietitian can help you build sustainable habits, prevent or delay the onset of chronic disease, and feel more confident in making food choices that support your long-term well-being. Like any meaningful investment, the benefits are often long-term—supporting your health, function, and quality of life well into the future.
